This is a Gary Green Jasper pendant measuring ~2 3/8" long x ~11/16" at its widest and ~3/8" thick. It is a petrified Bogwood or swamp bog where the wood canes and cat tails and creatures living in the bog are petrified.It is a snapshot in time of the algae, fallen trees, vegetation and various swamp critters that were present when the bog was covered by fallen ash of a volcanic event. This is an elegant piece with a high gloss fitted to a light brown leather cord with a high quality magnetic clasp.
