This piece was designed as an urn however a removable tray was added to give it dual purpose. Either way it is destined to hold precious cargo. Made from a Siberian Elm tree cut in downtown Napa to allow for a " 9 1 1 " memorial created by Napa glass artist Gordon Huether. The front, rear, bottom and top are three thin lamination's each which creates a strong, light and stable structure. The main grain theme carries through front to rear. This piece stands ~39" in height with a 16" x 7" footprint at the base of the legs. The box is ~14" x 6" x 5". Tray and inside lined with soft sage toned pigskin.
