These are two Camphor veneered display boxes. One holds a 1.5 liter wine bottle, the second holds a 3 liter wine bottle. Both feature delicate purfling to include paua blue abalone with a canarywood banding at their outer edges. They have brass hinges and high quality English locking mechanisms and interiors lined with soft loden colored pigskin. The bottles rest on padded deerskin.  

The 1.5 liter box was awarded "Best Box" at the  2019/2020 "Artistry in Wood" exhibit held at the Museums of Sonoma in Santa Rosa, Ca.
